AS PART OF OUR FOCUS ON CONNECTION AND RECONNECTION, WE REQUEST THAT EACH FAMILY PARTICIPATE IN THE ANNUAL COMPLIANCE UPDATE.

Form 1Child Parent Protection Contract:  American International School in Egypt, in keeping with international standards, is committed to child protection. AISE serves to promote and protect the positive learning and wellbeing of all students while enrolled in the school. Every child has a right to feel safe and secure.  As such, procedures have been developed to guide our staff and families in matters related to the health and safety of children in our care.

Form 2Intent to Reenroll:  Please state your intention to enroll or withdraw for the 2023/24 school year.

Form 3Parent Consent and Media Release Form:  Please click here to read AIS Egypt's Media Policy in English and in Arabic

Form 4Student Health Record Form:  This form contains essential information regarding your child's vaccination record, known allergies, and medical history required to ensure your child is properly cared for in case of a medical emergency.

Form 5:  Update Student Contacts:  In order to ensure you are receiving all-school emails, it is necessary to provide your family’s updated contact information.  This form also houses mandatory policy compliance information essential for the Egyptian Ministry of Education as well as AISE school functions including.

This video will take you through the step-by-step compliance process and/or read the instructions below to log into PowerSchool and access the two forms:

  1. Log in to your AIS PowerSchool account.  If you are having trouble with your log in, feel free to email support@aisegypt.com

  2. From the left Navigation menu, click on Forms.  

  3. Scroll down to find the five forms.  If the form has a green leaf beside it, it has already been filled and submitted.  Please complete each form that has a blue leaf, indicating that the form is 'empty'.  

Please repeat this process for each of your children.
