T U I T I O N & F E E S

All fees listed below are in US dollars unless otherwise stated. As always, Egyptian nationals may pay the Egyptian pound equivalent at the official exchange rate.

Assessment Fee

There is an initial $40 fee for the Admissions Assessment (Pre-K to Grade 11). The fee can be paid on the morning of the assessment.

First Installment For All New Students

A one-time, non-refundable first installment of $1500 is due within 7 days of acceptance for all new students (Pre-K to Grade 12).

First Installment For All Returning Students

A first installment of $500 (applied to next year's tuition) is due February 1, 2015 to reserve the student's place for the next academic year (Pre-K to Grade 12).

Tuition Fees and Payment Deadlines

Please find below a list of the tuition fees for an individual student enrolled in Pre-K to Grade 12 per school year.

After the first installment is paid, tuition can be paid in two additional intallments and is due by the following dates:

Second Installment: August 1, 2014

Third Installment: December 1, 2014

KG 1: $9,560

Grade 5: $11,400

Grade 6: $11,700

Grade 9: $12,600

Grade 10: $12,600

Grade 12: $12,600

Transportation Fees for Students Taking School Bus (per School Year):

Pre-K through Grade 12: $920 * subject to change according to any modification of gas price.

IB program fees: Full Diploma and IB Certificate (s) - Please see business office.

Methods of payment for school fees

  • USD (cash) may be deposited directly into the school's HSBC account

  • USD local checks, Egyptian local checks and Egyptian pounds may be paid at the AISE business office during normal business hours of 8:30am--3:30pm.
  • USD (cash) cannot be accepted at the AISE business office per Egyptian law.
  • When depositing or wiring money into the HSBC account, you must put the student's name and ID number in the notes section of the deposit form. The ID number is available from the admissions staff.
